Role: Product Owner – Banking CRM Solutions Location: Teaneck, NJ 07666 (Hybrid – Onsite. Candidates willing to relocate will also be considered) Duration: 6 Months Contract Visa Requirement: Visa Independent Candidates Only Must Have Skills • CRM Implementation Experience Nice to Have Skills • Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics) Job Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules including: • Partner & Opportunity Management • Corporate Onboarding Journeys • Customer 360 & Portfolio Views • Validate features through UAT to ensure quality and business alignment • Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage • Collaborate with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle Preferred Experience • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as KYC, AML, FATCA, and local compliance norms • Familiarity with integrations involving LOS and Core Banking Systems • Experience in Cards and Payments domain is preferred Experience Required • 5+ Years
