The Role
You will work across a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, partnering closely with investment and asset management teams. The legal team operates without silos, allowing attorneys to engage across the full lifecycle of deals.
Location
Baltimore County, Maryland (hybrid schedule, 3 days in office per week)
Key responsibilities include
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and development transactions
• Supporting complex debt and equity financing transactions, including loan documents and guarantees
• Advising on entity‑level and corporate matters such as structuring, governance, and maintenance
• Managing legal due diligence, including title, survey, organizational, and contract review
• Coordinating directly with internal deal teams and external counsel
Ideal Background
• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership
• 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally in real estate, finance, or a hybrid practice
• Strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and interest in building a broad‑based transactional skillset
Why This Opportunity
