Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.<br><br></p> <h3>Our Growth Story:</h3> <ul> <li>Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets</li> <li>Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS</li> <li>Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.</li> </ul></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Director of Operations</strong> to own the systems, structure, and governance that allow our supply chain and fulfilment operation to scale reliably as we grow into a more complex, multi-brand business under the Hims &amp; Hers umbrella.</p> <p>This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations, supply chain, commercial delivery, and cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for making sure the operation works - not just today, but as we transition to the Hims &amp; Hers brand, treat more conditions, and grow order volumes over the next few years.</p> <p>You will report into the VP of Operations Assurance at Hims &amp; Hers, leading a small but growing team.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning:</strong> Define and own the annual supply chain strategy, OKRs, and volume forecasting, translating growth plans into resource, capex, and headcount.</li> <li><strong>Supply Chain &amp; Procurement:</strong> Manage end-to-end demand and supply planning, pharmaceutical and vendor relationships, and procurement governance across Rx and non-Rx categories.</li> <li><strong>Order Management and Order Life Cycle: </strong>Manage Prescribe to Pharmacy process while executing exceptions and meeting appropriate SLA’s.&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> <li><strong>Delivery &amp; Patient Experience:</strong> Own courier strategy, carrier SLA management, and the delivery experience function as a retention lever.</li> <li><strong>Cost &amp; COGS:</strong> Own fulfilment cost per order and shipping targets, identifying and delivering initiatives to reduce COGS and wastage across the operation.</li> <li><strong>Fulfilment Engineering &amp; Systems:</strong> Own the roadmap for fulfilment systems (PMR, WMS, ERP) across our pharmacy and warehouse operations, partnering with engineering to deliver and govern them reliably at scale.</li> <li><strong>Inventory Control: </strong>Manage IC related responsibilities including day to day but also month and quarter close while ensuring appropriate accounting and compliance measures to meet accuracy commitments.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Launches:</strong> Lead supply chain input into new product and brand launches, coordinating across Commercial, Clinical, and Growth as we expand under Hims &amp; Hers.</li> <li><strong>Team &amp; Org Design:</strong> Lead and grow a small team from day one, hiring key roles and building a high-accountability culture as the operation scales.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are an experienced operations leader who thrives in high-growth environments where the pace is fast and the problems are genuinely complex. You know how to build structure without creating bureaucracy, and how to hold a high bar on execution without slowing the business down.</p> <p>You are as comfortable in the weeds of a supply chain model or a fulfilment systems conversation as you are presenting a strategy to senior stakeholders.
