We are currently searching for two full-time Leasing Agents to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments. This position will market available properties, tour prospective residents, process applications, ensure units are leased efficiently while providing excellent customer service to all prospective residents, current residents, co-workers, and vendors. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. If you dont have one, we will pay for you to get one! Role and Responsibilities: • Show and lease apartments to interested parties. • Run tenant applications. • Assist with rent collection. • Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc. • Various data entry.
