We are looking for someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat.

Specializing in precision and speed, we partner with interior designers and architects across Southern California to deliver durable, high-standard cabinetry engineered to maximize space. Known for innovation, our AI-powered estimating system provides accurate project pricing within 24 hours, and we use the Dado system for superior cabinet construction unmatched in the region. Our designer-focused trade program ensures seamless collaboration, bringing vision and precision to every high-end residential project.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Designer & Lead Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Showroom Designer & Lead Specialist will collaborate with clients, including interior designers and architects, to conceptualize tailored cabinetry solutions for high-end residential projects. Responsibilities include showcasing the design center’s offerings, creating customer-focused design presentations, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will interface with the engineering and manufacturing teams to align client visions with deliverables while representing the company's commitment to precision and innovation.
Compensation
Competitive base pay (hourly or salary based on experience)
Commission on every qualified lead that converts to a signed project
Leads are provided — you are not cold calling
What you'll do
Run the G190 showroom Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm
Meet, qualify, and convert inbound leads sent your way by the Pacific Pride team
Give confident, informed showroom tours explaining materials, finishes, construction quality, and our AI ordering process
Capture lead information and follow up in a timely, professional way
Use design and drafting software to help clients visualize their projects
Read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural plans
Represent the Pacific Pride and G190 brand at the highest level
Who you are
1–2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related design field
Experience working with cabinetry — designing it, specifying it, or working alongside a cabinetry company or manufacturer
Comfortable reading CAD drawings and understanding space and spatial planning
Proficient in at least one design tool — AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 2020 Design, or similar
Warm, confident, and naturally good with people
Self-directed and entrepreneurial
Based in Los Angeles, available in-person full-time
Qualifications
Expertise in Interior Design or Architecture, with strong skills in space planning and custom cabinetry design
Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools
Project management experience, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and client deliverables
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure precision
Knowledge of the Dado system and modern cabinetry construction methods is a plus
Familiarity with high-end residential market trends and custom design standards
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
Ability to work on-site at our West Hollywood location
