Description

Are you looking for a ground-floor opportunity at a company growing intentionally and fast? As Pacific Pride and our sister company G190 studio scales, this role grows with it — with a clear path into full residential design projects under the G190 design studio and commission on every project you bring in and execute. We are looking for someone who wants to build something, not just fill a seat. Company Description Pacific Pride Design Center has been crafting custom cabinetry of European-grade quality in Los Angeles since 2006. Specializing in precision and speed, we partner with interior designers and architects across Southern California to deliver durable, high-standard cabinetry engineered to maximize space. Known for innovation, our AI-powered estimating system provides accurate project pricing within 24 hours, and we use the Dado system for superior cabinet construction unmatched in the region. Our designer-focused trade program ensures seamless collaboration, bringing vision and precision to every high-end residential project. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Designer & Lead Specialist located in Los Angeles, CA. The Showroom Designer & Lead Specialist will collaborate with clients, including interior designers and architects, to conceptualize tailored cabinetry solutions for high-end residential projects. Responsibilities include showcasing the design center’s offerings, creating customer-focused design presentations, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will interface with the engineering and manufacturing teams to align client visions with deliverables while representing the company's commitment to precision and innovation. Compensation Competitive base pay (hourly or salary based on experience) Commission on every qualified lead that converts to a signed project Leads are provided — you are not cold calling What you'll do Run the G190 showroom Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm Meet, qualify, and convert inbound leads sent your way by the Pacific Pride team Give confident, informed showroom tours explaining materials, finishes, construction quality, and our AI ordering process Capture lead information and follow up in a timely, professional way Use design and drafting software to help clients visualize their projects Read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural plans Represent the Pacific Pride and G190 brand at the highest level Who you are 1–2 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related design field Experience working with cabinetry — designing it, specifying it, or working alongside a cabinetry company or manufacturer Comfortable reading CAD drawings and understanding space and spatial planning Proficient in at least one design tool — AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 2020 Design, or similar Warm, confident, and naturally good with people — you can hold a room without being pushy Self-directed and entrepreneurial — you manage your time, you don't need to be managed Based in Los Angeles, available in-person full-time Hungry — you want to be part of something being built, not just a job to clock in and out of Qualifications Expertise in Interior Design or Architecture, with strong skills in space planning and custom cabinetry design Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools Project management experience, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and client deliverables Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure precision Knowledge of the Dado system and modern cabinetry construction methods is a plus Familiarity with high-end residential market trends and custom design standards Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred Ability to work on-site at our West Hollywood location To apply Send your resume to [email protected], a brief note about your design background, and any portfolio or project examples to Pacific Pride Design Center. We respond to every application. Applicants that do not provide this will not be considered. We are looking for someone that has design experience and is willing to take the time to commit to a real application.
