Description

Job Description The Senior Graphic Designer role requires a combination of exceptional visual design skills, strategic thinking, and operational awareness. This position goes beyond execution, playing a critical role in shaping how creative work is prioritized, developed, and delivered across the organization. As a senior member of the creative function, this individual is responsible for leading high-impact design work across campaigns, product marketing, digital experiences, and brand initiatives. The role also influences how creative resources are leveraged, balancing hands-on design with the strategic use of external partners to scale output without compromising quality. This is a highly collaborative position that partners closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to bring ideas to life in a way that is both visually compelling and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Leadership & Execution • Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative across channels, including digital, print, campaigns, web, email, and events • Translate business goals, audience insights, and brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and assets • Ensure consistency and excellence across all deliverables, maintaining and evolving brand standards • Contribute to and elevate the overall creative direction of marketing initiatives • Own projects from concept through final delivery, including iteration and refinement 2. Creative Strategy • Develop clear, insight-driven creative approaches that align with campaign objectives • Partner with stakeholders early to shape briefs, clarify goals, and define success criteria • Bring forward new ideas, design trends, and innovative approaches to continuously improve creative output 3. Resource & Workflow Optimization • Assess incoming creative needs and determine the most effective path to execution (self-led, collaborative, or external support) • Help streamline creative workflows, intake processes, and timelines to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks • Maintain visibility into workload and priorities to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality 4. External Partner Collaboration • Collaborate with freelance designers, agencies, and creative partners as needed to expand capacity • Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure external work meets brand and business standards • Build a reliable network of creative partners that can be leveraged as demand fluctuates 5. Cross-Functional Partnership • Act as a trusted creative partner to marketing and business stakeholders • Communicate clearly on timelines, expectations, and trade-offs • Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative perspective to strategic discussions Qualifications & Skills • 7+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication roles • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across multiple channels and formats • Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools • Ability to balance concepting and hands-on execution with speed and precision • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly • Experience collaborating with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities • Strong editing and proofreading skills • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and objectives, and work as a team with other Marketing and cross department professionals
