Your Role as the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)
Skilled Nursing
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you’ll partner closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations, nursing services, and regulatory compliance within our skilled nursing community. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to deepen their leadership impact while remaining actively engaged in resident care and team development.
This Role May Also Be Known As
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON – Skilled Nursing), RN Nurse Manager, RN Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Nursing Leadership RN.
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in the leadership, supervision, and development of nursing staff
Ensure quality resident care, safety, and compliance
Support clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
