Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend Leaning) NYC (5 days onsite) · Series A Fintech · $150K–$240K + Equity We're partnering with a fast-growing US fintech that's building financial tools for small businesses. They have strong backing, a small high-bar engineering team, and they move fast. This is a proper ownership role. The role Frontend-leaning full-stack, TypeScript and React at the core Owning complex, data-rich dashboards end to end Close collaboration with design, high autonomy on technical decisions Early-stage environment, fast pace, no hand-holding What they're looking for 2+ years in production engineering, startup experience a big plus Strong TypeScript and React, real opinions on architecture Full-stack capable, you can own a feature without needing backend support High ownership mindset, this team works hard and expects the same Candidate profile They hold a high bar. That typically means a degree from a strong program (Ivy League, MIT, Stanford, CMU, Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, UIUC, UW, Waterloo) or experience at a high-growth or well-regarded tech company.
