This exciting role involves managing and overseeing the production and execution of content partnership campaigns.&nbsp; Whilst this role will be aligned to WPP 650 there is the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients and media partners.&nbsp;</p> <p>While the primary focus is on&nbsp;<strong>Media Partnerships</strong>&nbsp;(Print, Radio, Digital), there’s potential to work across on&nbsp;<strong>Branded Entertainment projects</strong>&nbsp;(AV, AFP, etc.) and <strong>Sports Projects</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of our Project Delivery team, responsible for the delivery of exciting projects, for WPP 650 and the wider WPP client portfolio.</li> <li>Use Project Management skills to deliver a best-in-class project delivery experience for all stakeholders</li> <li>Have an ability to build strong relationships through emotional intelligence and great communication, problem-solving, collaboration and strategic thinking.</li> <li>Be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple projects</li> <li>Build ongoing commitment from stakeholders and bring people together to achieve specified outcomes.</li> <li>Delivery to include:</li> <li>Planning what work needs to be done;</li> <li>Looking at the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks</li> <li>Making sure the work is done to the right standard;</li> <li>Motivating the team of people involved in the project;</li> <li>Co-ordinating work done by different people;</li> <li>Making sure the project is running on time and to budget;</li> <li>Calmly dealing with changes to the project as and when necessary;</li> <li>Making sure the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits;</li> <li>Persuasion and Influence - Uses a variety of skills to create discussion, reach an agreement and create outcomes, affecting the action, behaviours, and opinions of others.​​​​​​​</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>1/2 years’ experience at Exec/Associate level, in a media agency or media owner.</strong></li> <li>Good Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>all media channels</strong>, including print, radio, and digital.</li> <li>Clear understanding of&nbsp;<strong>content, partnerships, and production processes</strong>.</li> <li>Advantageous to have knowledge &amp; experience of AV, Broadcast Sponsorship &amp; APF.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Hyper-organised</strong>&nbsp;with excellent project management skills.</li> <li>Exceptional people skills, confident in managing clients and multiple stakeholder relationships.</li> <li>Growing <strong>commercial awareness</strong>, with experience in financial processes</li> <li><strong>Attention to detail</strong>&nbsp;and comfort working with numbers,</li> <li>Ability to&nbsp;<strong>prioritise workloads</strong>&nbsp;and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>A confident communicator, capable of leading client meetings and delivering presentations.</li> <li><strong>Proactive, enthusiastic, and creative</strong>&nbsp;– a natural problem-solver and a “yes” person.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Life at WPP Media &amp; Benefits</strong></p> <p>Our passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
