Product Manager, Vehicle Service

What To Expect Tesla seeks a Product Manager to transform Vehicle Service Operations through software that powers how Service Advisors manage customer concerns and interactions and Technicians repair vehicles . You'll support the platform used by service centers globally, partnering with Engineering, Service Operations, Service Engineering, Field Operations and Data teams to build features that reduce repair cycle time, improve Quality and enhance advisor efficiency. This high-impact role offers a fast-paced environment that demands quick learning and deep technical understanding of automotive service workflows.
