California Licensed Lead Data Engineer

Leading end-to-end MarTech engineering initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Lead Data Engineer will architect scalable systems, design orchestration workflows, and mentor engineering teams while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration. Key responsibilities Lead engineering initiatives across orchestration, data processing, and activation pipelines Architect scalable, event-driven systems for real-time marketing experiences and automated customer journeys Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Required qualifications Deep expertise in MarTech platforms, particularly Adobe Campaign or similar tools Strong proficiency in big data technologies such as Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory and advanced system design capabilities Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Experience with AI-augmented development practices like Vibe Coding
