Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President (VP) of Business Development. The VP will drive the strategy and execution of business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, crafting tailored business proposals, and contributing to the growth of Raptor Logistics by aligning with its vision for customer-focused logistics solutions.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales
Experience in Account Management with a focus on building lasting client relationships
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities
Proficiency in developing tailored business strategies and proposals
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
