Digital Media Producer

Position Details: Title: Digital Media Producer Location: New York City, NY About Role: Seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in graphic design, motion graphics, and client service to produce and manage digital content displayed. This role supports high-profile daily events, premium corporate brand initiatives, and both internal and external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify client digital branding needs per event; submit mockups, revise designs, and secure approvals • Design content for digital signage and external social/broadcast media channels • Maintain quality control of content and scheduling across all digital displays • Process displays assets including logos, videos, and animations • Execute creative graphic design and motion graphics for daily events • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Marketing and Branding initiatives • Uphold department guidelines, best practices, and documentation standards • Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends QUALIFICATIONS Required • 1-3 years multimedia or related field experience • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (graphic design) • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) • Strong graphic design portfolio (branding, composition, photography) • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and time management • Deadline-driven; ability to multitask in dynamic environments Preferred • Video production and post-production experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, encoding formats) • Experience with Digital Display / Asset Management systems (e.g., Haivision/CoolSign) • Creative problem-solving ability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
