Stockland holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a Certified Public Accountant. The appointment is intended to support the Association’s financial strategy and its modernization and growth priorities. Stockland will oversee financial planning, reporting, and budget management for the Association and its Educational Foundation.
