Primary/Key Responsibilities Partner with the content manager and subject-matter experts to create and review course curriculum and related materials (digital/print books, exams, videos, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency through strong content governance (e.g. proofing workflows, style-guide adherence, and version control). End Result: Ensure projects are completed accurately and meet the original product scope and on-time. Manage content within our content management system and related tools, including structuring materials, organizing content, and updating existing content for accuracy, consistency and quality. Familiarity with DITA or XML is a plus. End Result: Our course content is efficiently organized and maintained. Update and adapt course content for delivery in print, online platforms, and in the live online classroom setting. This includes making edits in applicable content management systems (e.g., Oxygen, Alfresco). End Result: Reuse of content across multiple delivery platforms and product offerings increases our efficiency and improves our user experience. Work with product management on course builds and setup, and applicable functionality/QA reviews. End Result: Course content is up to date and released in a timely manner. Assist product and content leaders to meet and exceed client expectations by maintaining content, expeditiously troubleshooting content issues, and implementing content-related product changes.
