Software Engineer

We work across real estate, law, finance, and accounting, and we're growing fast. Role Description This is a full time, senior Software Engineer position. You will own end-to-end development of custom AI-powered systems we deploy for enterprise clients. You are not a cog. You lead builds from zero to production, make architecture decisions, and work directly with founders and clients. Every company we take on gets a system built for them. You are the person who builds it. Qualifications Software Engineering Experience, preferably in a high-output or startup environment Full-stack proficiency with strong backend fundamentals and the ability to own the entire product Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, and scalable system architecture Proven ability to lead technical execution across multiple projects simultaneously Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non technical stakeholders Business minded, you understand the problem behind the code, not just the code itself Experience building enterprise grade applications or custom internal systems is a strong plus Background in AI integration, workflow automation, or agent-based systems is a bonus
