This role is crucial to our mission of driving automation across our integrated suite of enterprise systems and technologies.&nbsp; As the Staff Product Manager, Finance Systems, you will be the expert for our financial technology ecosystem, encompassing procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa), the ERP system (NetSuite), and other financial applications. A successful candidate will have proven expertise and a strong track record across all core financial processes, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting.</p> <p>At Reddit, you will contribute to the design and implementation of product enhancements and initiatives within the Finance Applications team, part of the Corporate Technology organization. Your main responsibility will be to architect and develop solutions that streamline processes, minimize risk, and strengthen our financial operations.&nbsp;</p> <p>Success in this role demands a highly collaborative and energetic approach to solving technical problems, paired with a commitment to both meticulous documentation and rigorous, ruthless prioritization in a fast paced environment. A core responsibility is setting clear strategic direction, including prioritizing short, mid, and long-term objectives. You will closely collaborate with our finance and accounting teams to define business needs for scalable technical solutions that support Reddit’s growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business systems analysts to design effective technology solutions for optimizing finance business processes. You will be a part of an agile and close-knit team dedicated to delivering value to our internal customers and fellow teammates. We seek individuals who excel at problem-solving and flourish in an environment that values continuous learning and high ownership.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with leadership, PMs, and finance stakeholders to develop and implement the product roadmap for Zip, Coupa, Workiva, NetSuite, and other financial applications, fostering a positive work environment.</li> <li>Document and analyze current Procure-to-Pay (Coupa and Zip) business processes, conduct fit/gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively explore and implement new capabilities within the Procure-to-Pay systems space.</li> <li>Work strategically with business teams to translate needs into scalable, secure solutions that meet business needs across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounting to support Reddit’s growth.</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to consistently meet critical deadlines and prioritize the simultaneous delivery of multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance and product utilization.</li> <li>Quickly learn new technologies, develop creative solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Lead major cross-functional initiatives and projects, including system implementations, operational improvements, and new product rollouts.</li> <li>Create product management artifacts - Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams and Business Process Mapping Diagrams</li> <li>Identify, design, and develop scalable solutions in Zip, NetSuite, and other applications, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations and reporting solutions, in partnership with engineering and external teams as needed</li> <li>Develop and execute test plans for identified features, lead integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Troubleshoot and fix production issues, prioritizing them against the existing backlog based on severity and impact</li> <li>Ensure SOX compliance by working with internal and external auditors on technical walkthroughs and system controls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of finance related business processes such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting</li> <li>Deep understanding of Record to Report Finance Business processes, including month end accounting processes and financial statements/reporting features in NetSuite</li> <li>5+ years of system administration experience of ERPs like NetSuite, and other finance applications like Workiva, Zip, Coupa, Kyriba, Floqast</li> <li>4+ years of hands-on configuration experience of various NetSuite modules - General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTax, Customizations (custom fields, custom segments, lists, records), Automations (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Suitelets, SuiteBundle) and Reporting</li> <li>3+ years of experience with large scale implementations of ERP and their integrations through middleware technologies like Workato/MulseSoft/Boomi</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodology - sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement and reporting in Jira</li> <li>Desire to continually learn new systems, wear multiple hats and act autonomously to support our growing finance functions</li> <li>Experience at a public company and/or with SOX processes</li> </ul> <h4>Nice to haves:</h4> <ul> <li>Zip Certified</li> <li>NetSuite Certified</li> <li>Workato / Middleware experience</li> <li>Kyriba experience</li> <li>Ironclad experience</li> <li>Experience in the tech industry</li> <li>Experience with multi country and multi currency ERP implementations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs</li> <li>401k with Employer Match</li> <li>Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support</li>
