In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory. Vice President, Creative TileBar is seeking a VP, Creative to join our growing team and to drive the TileBar brand across all channels. This role will lead creative expression across the full brand ecosystem—from brand strategy and campaign development to production and execution—ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and commercially effective expression at every touchpoint. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end creative across all channels, and requires a strong, motivating manager of a large, high-performing team. You will define and elevate TileBar’s brand expression while ensuring creative output is cohesive, scalable, and commercially impactful. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and executive leadership, you will position Creative as a core driver of business growth. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for shaping brand direction to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop the brand • Define, refine, and steward TileBar’s visual identity, voice, and creative direction across all touchpoints • Translate business and marketing objectives into distinctive, high-impact creative platforms • Ensure consistency, quality, and a premium standard across all brand expressions • Build scalable creative systems leveraging in-house teams, AI tools, and external partners • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising to align creative with business priorities and reinforce Creative as a strategic pillar of brand and business growth • Serve as the senior creative voice and a culture expert in leadership conversations Lead campaigns & go-to-market • Concept and lead integrated 360° campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and brand narratives • Oversee creative for frequent product launches in a high-SKU, fast-paced environment • Establish frameworks to enable speed and volume without compromising creative excellence Drive omnichannel creative excellence • Lead creative across eCommerce, CRM, paid media, social, print, packaging, and retail environments across consumer and trade touchpoints • Partner with performance and marketing teams to deliver conversion-optimized, on-brand creative • Adapt storytelling across key audiences (Trade, Retail, DTC) while maintaining brand integrity Lead a high-performance team • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary in-house team (design, copy, photo, video, 3D/CGI/AI, and creative operations) • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability and high standards. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure the team's continuous development • Manage external resources, freelancers and production vendors as needed • Attract, develop, and retain top creative talent Own creative operations & production • Oversee budgets, resourcing, and production planning • Lead end-to-end production (photo/video shoots, post-production, CGI/AI workflows) • Build efficient briefing, workflow and feedback systems across cross-functional teams • Drive innovation in content creation, including AI-enabled production and automation to scale creative output Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within interiors, home, luxury, or design-driven brands • Proven track record leading both brand-building and performance-driven creative at scale • Experience operating in high-volume, high-SKU environments (eCommerce preferred) • Deep understanding of omnichannel ecosystems, including digital, retail, and paid media • Exceptional creative judgment and taste, with a strong point of view on design, storytelling, and visual culture • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing creative teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving change • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and contributing at the executive level • Ability to connect creative strategy to business outcomes • Ability to lead through change and scale teams during growth • Strong creative operations mindset; able to build systems, workflows, and scalable processes • Experience with modern creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI platforms • Knowledge of content production, including photography, video, CGI, and AI-driven workflows • Understanding of DAM systems, project management tools, and agile workflows • Passionate about home design and luxury consumer goods with a strong understanding of customer behaviors and industry trends • Interested in emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, evaluating their potential for adoption to stay ahead of the competition • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization • Builder by nature—eager to introduce and establish new ways of working. • Ability to adapt, dynamic and proactive: Curious with a growth mindset • Solution driven, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-sufficient • Bachelor’s degree About TileBar At TileBar, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
