PRODUCT MANAGER- CLIENT MASTER DATA- REMOTE

For our client, we are seeking a PRODUCT MANAGER- CLIENT MASTER DATA- REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive Client data strategy and roadmap Partner with data stewards and business users to gather requirements and ensure alignment Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams Create training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on products and best practices Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing product backlogs and prioritization Provide coaching and mentoring on SAFe Agile principles and practices Efficiently manage multiple product development epics and features Qualifications 5+ years in IT product management, focusing on Master Data Management or related disciplines Minimum 4 years as a Product Manager Experience with vendor or client/customer data creation and maintenance is highly desirable Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with certification preferred Experience in the food industry or similar is highly desirable Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead complex enterprise projects Exceptional knowledge of data management best practices, including MDM concepts Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance/ AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid Parental Leave Personal Leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
