Description

Supporting marketing and sales executives, the full-time remote Marketing and Sales Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate projects, and facilitate communication to drive successful marketing and sales initiatives. Key responsibilities: Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales activities to ensure timely execution Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within marketing or sales Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
