Description
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager - Food Access & Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,000 – $205,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits platform from discovery to launch
Learn and become an expert in the Food & Food Benefits ecosystem
Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product features
Design the member experience to reduce logistical burdens
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to build scalable systems architecture
Balance client-driven deadlines with long-term platform capabilities
Build tools and workflows for Client Success and Partnerships to manage programs
Qualifications
7+ years in product management, with a focus on complex operational areas
Experience launching new products or services end-to-end
Collaborative experience with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams
Experience working with commercial and go-to-market teams
Familiarity with AI-enabled product development processes
Preferred experience in benefits management platforms or government health program operations
Preferred exposure to food retail and supply chain partnerships
