Description
For our client, we are seeking a Data Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $157,000 – $178,000 annually
Responsibilities
Ensure reliable and timely execution of data deliveries to customers
Partner with vendors to resolve data delivery issues
Collaborate with Data Strategy to identify gaps in data sources
Quantify and communicate data-related issues effectively
Conduct exploratory analyses to address data quality issues
Gather feedback to prioritize operations backlog
Work with engineering teams to improve data pipeline reliability
Implement new processes to enhance operational rigor
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data product management or operations in healthcare/life sciences
Experience with medical and/or prescription claims data
Proficient in data analysis tools and SQL for conducting analysis
Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented with an 'Operations First' mindset
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
