Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a part-time role for someone who lives close to culture, knows how to spot the right creators before everyone else does, and can help turn influence into momentum. ------------------------------------------------------------- About the Role Each week, you’ll bring 5 influencers you believe are a strong fit for Sweetflexx — people who can share their story, move the brand, and make the product feel real. Together, we’ll review past and potential influencers, discuss the right content, trends, and identify which creator + content can drive meaningful brand growth. The biggest key: your biggest talent lies at building real, lasting relationships with influencers. Not surface-level partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who understands social platforms, creator relationships, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling. We’ll meet once a week for one hour at a local coffee shop or the Bond Collective in Austin, TX to align on strategy, priorities, and next steps. ------------------------------------------------------------- Who You Are You know how to find creators who actually fit the brand. You understand the difference between influence and follower count. You are organized, proactive, and great at follow-up. You bring ideas, trends, and creator opportunities to the table every week. You care deeply about relationships, trust, and helping people grow.
