All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it. • Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback. • Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals. • Captivating a positive culture with team recognition's and studio contests. • Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs • Creating Schedules, Inventory Management, Customer Service, etc. • Maintains an impeccable and clean studio. Here's what you need to bring to the table: • Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
