Reporting to former Meta and Google leadership, you'll build infrastructure to automate deal sourcing, portfolio support, and internal workflows. Enjoy immense autonomy to define, prototype, and ship agentic workflows that impact every stage of the investment lifecycle from pre-seed to Series B. What You Will Do Design and implement production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI. Embed with Talent, Marketing, and Data teams to act as an internal AI consultant, translating business needs into technical solutions. Build and optimize the backend infrastructure (Python, AWS/Azure) that powers the firm's core data-driven investment platform. The ideal candidate Possesses 5-7+ years of senior software engineering experience with a mastery of backend Python and clean, production-ready code. Demonstrates hands-on experience deploying LLMs and agentic frameworks in real-world production environments, not just prototypes.
