About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the strategic growth of our digital marketing initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and engaging key decision-makers through various digital and website platforms. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, the ideal candidate will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels, including organic social media, paid advertising, programmatic display, SEO, website management, and analytics reporting. The candidate should possess a strong demand-generation mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results within a B2B healthcare services environment.
This role involves limited travel, approximately 1–2 times per year, to support campaign initiatives and stakeholder engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute integrated campaigns that align with organizational growth objectives, service line priorities, and go-to-market strategies. The position requires a proactive approach to managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring the organization’s digital presence effectively communicates its value proposition to target audiences.
Qualifications
5–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B or healthcare sectors
Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads platform
Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools such as Sprout Social
Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign dashboards
Experience managing vendor relationships for web development, SEO, and media buying
Basic design skills using tools like Canva are a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory considerations is advantageous
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and retargeting efforts
Manage budgets, audience targeting, and testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with external vendors and media partners to evaluate performance, negotiate budgets, and refine strategies
Oversee social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Performance Max, and YouTube, including content planning, ad strategy, scheduling, and community management
Partner with creative teams to repurpose content that enhances brand awareness and thought leadership, including microcontent, testimonials, infographics, and short videos
Manage website content, design, updates, and SEO efforts through our CMS (WordPress), ensuring optimal user experience and visibility
Implement and monitor SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and performance analysis
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and traffic trends; develop dashboards and reports using GA4 and other analytics tools
Perform competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities and differentiate our digital presence
Manage online reputation by monitoring social mentions and listings, responding appropriately to reviews and inquiries
Support executive thought leadership initiatives on LinkedIn, including content strategy, posting, engagement, and profile enhancements
