Description
Portfolio Analyst
A leading SEC-registered investment advisor is expanding its Portfolio Management team to support a growing base of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This is a high-impact role working directly alongside Portfolio Managers, Operations, and internal support teams—keeping portfolios running seamlessly while gaining exposure to sophisticated investment strategies.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate investment trades in partnership with Portfolio Managers and custodians
• Track trades from initiation through settlement and resolve issues as needed
• Coordinate execution of trades and corporate actions with internal teams and external counterparties
• Monitor cash balances, liquidity needs, and funding activity across client accounts
• Track pending wires and follow up on delayed or unprocessed transfers
• Initiate wires and manage transaction documentation, submission, and follow-ups
• Review and help resolve discrepancies related to fees, commissions, and transactions
• Support billing workflows, including confirming cash availability and payment instructions
• Prepare and coordinate client reporting, including annual and ad hoc deliverables
• Assist with onboarding new accounts, including account setup and documentation tracking
• Partner across internal teams to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in investment operations, portfolio administration, or wealth management
• Experience with OMS platforms, custodial systems, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
