We're looking for an exceptional operator to own problems like these and drive them to decisions that reach the CEO, CPO, and CFO - and beyond.<br><br>As the first Director&nbsp; hire on our Business Operations team, you'll start with the highest-stakes arena we have today — Figma's business model and monetization strategy (pricing, packaging, our AI credit and consumption models, and the shape of the model itself) — and build and lead the small, high-leverage team that owns it. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
