This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Plan and/or design substantial new construction, renovation and improvement projects for a variety of real property facilities. This is a developmental position and may be filled at the GS-11 or GS-12 level. Full performance level is GS 12. Closing date extended until 15 May 2026.
