Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will guide customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience while maximizing dealership profitability. Your expertise in financial services, credit analysis, and customer relationship management will drive success and foster trust with our valued clients.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting suitable financing options by explaining loan terms, contracts, and TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures clearly and transparently
• Conduct credit analysis to determine loan eligibility, ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies
• Process loan applications efficiently using financial software and perform title processing to facilitate vehicle ownership transfer
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
• Negotiate terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Manage all aspects of loan processing, including documentation review, contract signing, and compliance with federal regulations
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, follow-up, and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership or related industry
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, contracts, TILA regulations, and loan processing procedures
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity
• Proficiency in financial software applications and 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
• Demonstrated negotiation skills coupled with basic math proficiency for accurate calculations and deal structuring
• Dealership experience or automobile sales background is highly preferred
• Ability to handle title processing tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal standards

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
