Simply Pak LLC (www.simplypak.com), a growing Importer and Distributor in the Foodservice Industry, is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Sales & Operations to lead and scale our Miami operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands distribution and logistics, and has a strong sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in operational execution, revenue growth, customer relationships, and overall company expansion. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives accountability, improves systems, and helps build the next phase of growth for Simply Pak. POSITION OVERVIEW The COO – Sales & Operations will oversee daily operations, warehouse coordination, logistics, customer service, team management, and business development efforts for the company. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing operational workflows while also helping grow sales and strengthen customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIESOperations & Leadership • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Miami headquarters • Improve operational efficiency, logistics, and internal processes • Coordinate warehouse, routing, deliveries, inventory, and fulfillment • Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements • Work closely with ownership to support company growth initiatives • Ensure communication and coordination between departments • Manage and support office, warehouse, and operational staff • Maintain accountability, organization, and execution across teams Sales & Business Development • Help drive company sales growth and customer retention • Develop relationships with key customers and strategic accounts • Identify opportunities for expansion and increased revenue • Support outside sales efforts and business development initiatives • Analyze sales performance and operational profitability • Assist in pricing, customer negotiations, and account management Customer Service & Administration • Ensure high-level customer support and responsiveness • Oversee order flow, invoicing coordination, and service execution • Resolve operational or customer-related issues quickly and effectively • Maintain strong communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams REQUIREMENTS • MUST be fluent in English and Spanish • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Sales-driven mindset with operational experience • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple departments • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable working in warehouse and distribution environments • Experience in logistics, foodservice distribution, operations, or supply chain preferred • Experience managing people and operational workflows • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Basic to advanced computer skills (Excel, email, operational systems) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $100,000 – $150,000 per year • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership • Company phone provided • Leadership role within a rapidly growing company TRAINING Training and transition support will be provided with company leadership and department personnel.
