Description

As our Working Student in HR Operations, you'll be right in the middle of the action keeping our HR function running smoothly, helping our HR team stay one step ahead as we scale, from coordinating on-boarding to preparing welcome merchandise to keeping our HRIS up to date.
This role goes beyond routine admin. We are looking for someone flexible and reliable who is comfortable filling in the gaps, spotting what needs attention, and supporting the team wherever the workload calls for it.
Your Roadmap to Impact:
Onboarding Coordination: You help coordinate onboarding for our new hires, scheduling, documentation, system access, and making sure everything is ready before their first day.
Welcome Merchandise: You prepare welcome merchandise and starter kits for new joiners, making sure every new hire's first impression is positive from day one.
HRIS Maintenance: You keep our HRIS accurate and up to date, whether through your regular monthly update or as changes come in throughout the month.
Employee Enquiries: You act as a first point of contact for everyday employee questions, answering what you can and routing anything more complex to the right person on the team.
General HR Support: You fill in the little gaps across HR operations, whatever the team needs that week, helping keep things running without anything falling through the cracks.
You are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
You are flexible and comfortable switching between different types of tasks day to day.
You have an ownership mentality and ready to take on tasks as they come.
You have a strong eye for detail, especially when it comes to data accuracy and confidentiality.
You are organized and reliable, and enjoy jumping in wherever help is needed.
You are proficient in Leapsome (highly welcome)
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative operations are required.
