Freecash is the product. Almedia is the engagement engine behind it: the smartest way for mobile game studios to turn high-potential users into high-value ones. We're the leader in our category, profitable, and now expanding into new verticals to capture a much bigger market.

We're hiring a Product Manager to join the team and own real outcomes. You won't be running the whole roadmap on day one. You'll own the results of the projects you take on, have a real say in where the roadmap goes, and take on as much as you can carry. The more you can own, the more we'll hand you.

What you'll own

You won't be handed a list of tickets. You'll be handed problems and trusted to solve them.

• The outcomes of your projects, not just the tasks. You own the result of the work you take on, from the problem all the way to shipped impact to millions of daily active users.

• A real say in the roadmap. You bring ideas, push back, and heavily influence what we build and why.

• Room to make the call. You'll own your decisions without waiting for sign-off on everything. We back conviction, and a bet that doesn't land is a lesson, not a mark against you.

• As much ownership as you can carry. We hand more to the people who prove they can run with it. Show us, and your scope grows fast.

What you'll bring

• You think like a founder. You operate like an owner: figuring out what matters, making the call with incomplete information, and getting it done without waiting to be told.

• You live in the data. You don't ask the analyst what the chart says. You dig in yourself, follow the thread, and come back with the insight nobody else found. Hungry to get hands-on with tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker.

• You go deep and think wide. Data tells you what to solve. Creativity decides how. You explore a few ways to crack a problem before committing, because the obvious answer is rarely the best one.

• You prioritize and you ship. You pick the few things that matter right now and drive them from idea to launch. Strong bias for action.

• You communicate and align. You bring developers, data, design, and business development with you without slowing down.

• Impact. We don't count years in a PM title. If you spent two years building your own company and one year in product, that counts. We care about what you've built and the impact you've had.
