Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (Hybrid/Onsite preferred) Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annually The Role We're looking for an Engineering Manager, Client Solutions who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise software challenges. You'll embed directly with our customers-from AI-forward startups to Fortune 500 enterprises-helping them revolutionize their software development with Blitzy. You'll write production code, architect solutions, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with customer engineering teams to deliver transformative outcomes. You're equally comfortable debugging a complex integration, participating in sprint planning, or whiteboarding architecture with a CTO. Work Arrangement: On-site expectation split between client sites and Blitzy HQ in Kendall Square, Cambridge. Moderate domestic travel to support customer implementations and strategic engagements.
