AI Growth Hacker – Outreach & Prospecting

Role Overview We're not looking for a traditional salesperson. We're looking for someone who thinks like a hacker — someone who uses AI to move faster, smarter, and more creatively than anyone else in the room. As our AI Growth Hacker, you'll combine the instincts of a prospector with the toolkit of an AI power-user to build and scale outreach campaigns across our SEO, link building, and influencer marketing services. What You'll Do Prospect and research potential clients, link partners, and influencer targets using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and beyond) — faster and smarter than traditional methods allow. Design and run AI-assisted outreach experiments: test angles, messages, sequences, and channels to find what converts. Build automated prospecting and outreach workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, Clay, or similar platforms. Mine data sources — backlink profiles, SERP results, social platforms, influencer databases — to identify high-value targets at scale. Write and refine AI prompts that produce personalized, high-quality outreach copy in bulk without losing the human touch. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align outreach with live campaigns and service offerings. Track and analyze performance metrics (reply rates, meeting rates, pipeline value) and continuously iterate based on data. Document what works — build internal playbooks, prompt libraries, and SOPs that the team can scale from. Bonus Points You've built outreach automations from scratch using Clay, Make, or Zapier. You have a personal prompt library or AI workflow you're proud of. You know your way around Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools. You speak Macedonian, Serbian, or another Balkan language. You've worked in or with a digital marketing agency before. Requirements What We're Looking For A natural experimenter — you don't wait for a perfect playbook, you build one. 1–3 years in outreach, growth, BDR/SDR, digital marketing, or a related field. Real, daily hands-on experience with AI tools — not just curiosity, actual usage. Comfortable working with automation tools and connecting systems without needing a developer. Strong written English — able to craft messages that feel personal even at scale. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts: SEO, backlinks, influencer marketing, content.
