Description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager Customer Growth to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $143,000 – $286,000 annually Responsibilities Lead AI-driven growth and personalization initiatives within customer engagement ecosystems Own strategy and roadmap for products leveraging customer behavior signals Drive experimentation and execution to enhance engagement and retention Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams Utilize analytical rigor to connect insights with platform capabilities Develop and implement optimization strategies for customer experiences Ensure alignment with organizational goals and product vision Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Product Management in tech or data-intensive environments Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Data Science teams Proven track record of owning impactful products or platforms Background in building AI/ML-driven products and recommendation systems Solid experimentation experience, including A/B testing and statistical reasoning Technical fluency with data platforms and ML concepts Benefits Medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) plan with company match Stock purchase options Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement and education benefits through Live Better U Company discounts and life insurance coverage Short-term and long-term disability benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
