Responsibilities for a RN Nurse Manager: • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. • Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Union County • Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans • Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field • Facilitate new hire orientation. • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
