Become part of IONOS and grow with us.</p></div><p>As a Working Student in AI Growth Marketing, you will support our B2B Domains marketing team in driving and scaling innovative, AI-powered initiatives across content, CRM, and performance marketing in a dynamic test-and-learn environment.</p> <h4>Tasks</h4> <ul> <li>Support the B2B Domains marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing AI-driven growth marketing initiatives across content, CRM, and performance marketing.</li> <li>Create and adapt marketing content (landing pages, emails, social posts, ads) using generative AI tools — from first draft to publication-ready copy.</li> <li>Help build and maintain CRM and email automation workflows, including segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign setup.</li> <li>Assist in managing performance marketing campaigns (e.g. paid search, paid social) and monitor budgets, results, and learnings.</li> <li>Support reporting and attribution: maintain dashboards, analyze campaign data, and prepare clear summaries for the team.</li> <li>Contribute your own ideas — we run a test-and-learn culture and value fresh perspectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Learn</strong></p> <ul> <li>How an AI-first B2B marketing organization works in practice — tools, processes, and skills.</li> <li>Hands-on experience across the full funnel: content, CRM, performance marketing, and analytics.</li> <li>How to design, run, and evaluate experiments with solid measurement and ROI thinking.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in marketing, business, communications, data/analytics, or a related field for the duration of employment.</li> <li>Genuine interest in AI and digital marketing, with initial practical experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, image/creative tools).</li> <li>First experience in online marketing, CRM, content creation, or performance marketing (through internships, personal projects, or previous working student roles).</li> <li>Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, including Excel/Sheets skills.</li> <li>Hands-on, curious, reliable way of working, and open to technology.</li> <li>Experience with agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code is a plus.</li> <li>Initial exposure to web or digital analytics tools is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of domains, hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure is a plus.</li> <li>Fluency in English (spoken and written); German skills are welcome.</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits</h4> <ul> <li>Hybrid working model.</li> <li>Flexible working hours to easily combine studies with practical experience.</li> <li>Modern office space with very good transport connections in Berlin.</li> <li>Subsidized canteen and free drinks at our office location.</li> <li>Employee discounts on various activities, products, and services.</li> <li>Employee events such as summer/winter parties and team workshops.</li> <li>Numerous learning and development opportunities.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>About IONOS</h4> <p class="content-paragraph">IONOS is the leading European digitalization partner for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).
