Job Description Content Strategy Director Seeking a senior freelance content strategy leader to guide UX content and information architecture for a large-scale digital engagement. This role is focused on shaping clear, user-centered experiences across complex platforms and working closely with design, product, and client stakeholders. • This is not a copy role** • Duration: May – end of August • Hours: 40 per week • Employment type; W2 Contract • Location: Remote (Eastern hours) • Rate:$2920 – $3320/ weekly Core Requirements • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, information architecture, UX, product design, or related digital strategy work • Background leading large digital product, website, or platform initiatives from early discovery through experience definition • Strong knowledge of content modeling, taxonomy, navigation, information architecture, and scalable content frameworks • Ability to partner with UX and product teams to create intuitive, accessible user experiences • Experience developing recommendations based on user needs, business objectives, and operational constraints • Comfort leading workshops, stakeholder sessions, and presentations with senior-level clients • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills • Able to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive workstreams forward with minimal oversight • Understanding of accessibility, usability, plain language, and inclusive design principles • Experience working in complex or regulated environments; government or public sector experience is a plus • Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Figma, Miro, and presentation software • East Coast hours preferred; remote candidates may be considered If you qualify please apply with your most recent resume.
