Product Manager - Healthcare Systems Integration

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Healthcare Systems Integration to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Develop partnerships with healthcare platforms for integration targets Define requirements for data retrieval from various systems Establish write-back requirements for completed workflows Design API infrastructure and standardize integration deployments Identify and document data gaps across systems and create a roadmap to address them Ensure HIPAA compliance for all integration touchpoints Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 7+ years of healthcare IT or systems integration experience Direct integration experience with major EHR or PMS platforms in production Working knowledge of FHIR R4 and HL7 v2 (read and write) Hands-on experience with healthcare integration platforms like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth Benefits Unlimited vacation for exempt employees Paid holidays and competitive health insurance for employees and dependents 401K retirement plan with stock options Company-paid life insurance and multiple reimbursement programs Paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
