In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to transform strategic goals into measurable business outcomes while driving operational excellence, profitability, and team performance. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Take end-to-end ownership of business operations, execution, and P&L performance for the assigned business unit.
• Drive operational efficiency by improving processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.
• Lead and manage large cross-functional teams while fostering accountability and high performance.
• Build scalable systems, optimize operational frameworks, and implement process improvements.
• Analyze business performance metrics, identify gaps, and use data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
