Real Estate Licensed Property Manager

To drive day-to-day operations and ensure tenant satisfaction, the full-time Remote Real Estate Licensed Property Manager will manage a portfolio of properties, oversee leasing and maintenance processes, and maintain communication with residents and vendors. Key responsibilities Oversee properties within the assigned portfolio, assisting with move-in processes and handling client escalations Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring consistent communication Organize repairs and maintenance, conduct routine property inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies Required qualifications 2+ years of Property Management experience Active Real Estate License High School Diploma or GED Experience using YARDI preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
