We are seeking a high-caliber professional who matches the following profile: • Progressive Experience: You have 15+ years of progressive construction project management experience, demonstrating a steady climb in responsibility since graduating from college. • Sector Authority: You possess a deep, technical understanding of the unique requirements inherent in labs, cleanrooms, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. • Strategic Connector: You don't just build projects; you build business. You bring a strong network of industry connections in the DMV to identify new opportunities and secure future work. • Natural Leader: You have a proven track record of leading multiple project teams simultaneously, ensuring excellence in safety, budget, and schedule. • Executive Presence: You are highly comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, architects, and Owners, serving as the face of the firm for major accounts. What You’ll Do • Portfolio Oversight: Lead the execution and financial health of multiple high-stakes Life Science projects. • Business Development: Leverage your reputation and network to bring new projects into the pipeline and expand the firm’s market share. • Team Mentorship: Direct and develop project managers and field staff, fostering a culture of high performance and technical precision. • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized through transparent and expert communication.
