At idealo, you will work at the intersection of merchant support, data quality, and technical operations. You will help our partners succeed while ensuring that product offers are presented accurately across our platform.

About Your New Role

As part of our Technical Account Management team, you will support merchants in their day-to-day business and help ensure high-quality product data across idealo. You will investigate technical issues, review data feeds, and contribute to a smooth experience for our partners.

When a listing issue is resolved and a merchant's offers appear correctly again, you can see the direct impact of your work.

Your Responsibilities

• Support merchants via email and phone and assist them with questions related to the presentation of their offers on idealo.

• Monitor and review product data feeds in CSV and XML formats to ensure data quality and completeness.

• Investigate technical issues using internal tools and support the resolution of listing and feed-related problems.

• Process incoming support requests in a structured manner and maintain clear documentation of actions taken.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from merchant support, customer service, and other business functions.

Skills & Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university and will remain enrolled for at least one more year.

• You are interested in technical topics, e-commerce, and product data management.

• You have a basic understanding of CSV and XML files and are eager to deepen your technical knowledge.

• You take ownership and independently drive topics forward.

• You enjoy tackling challenges actively and solving them pragmatically.

• You have excellent German language skills and can communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
