Description DEFINITION The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership for the organization and is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, capital management, accounting oversight, risk management, banking relationships, and financial strategy. This position is a key executive leadership role and partners with the Chief Executive Officer and ownership to drive long-term financial performance, growth, and sustainability of the organization. The CFO ensures the integrity of financial information while providing insight and guidance to support strategic business decisions across all operating companies. SUPERVISION RECEIVED This position reports directly to Ownership / Chief Executive Officer. SUPERVISION EXERCISED This position provides executive oversight of the Controller, Finance Department, and all financial-related functions across all company locations. Conversely, minor level duties performed on the job may not be listed. • Provide executive financial leadership for multiple operating companies, including oversight of all accounting, financial planning, reporting, and financial operations. • Develop and execute the organizations financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and ownership goals. • Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. • Lead capital planning, including evaluation of major equipment purchases, facility investments, and strategic expansion initiatives. • Manage banking relationships, debt structure, credit facilities, and financing strategies. • P
