Supply Chain Director (Remote – United States) Position Overview The Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain strategy, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence across the supply chain network while supporting business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory control, and distribution operations Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, fulfillment, and transportation processes Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and service availability Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and compliance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience Implement data-driven decision-making using analytics and forecasting tools Manage budgeting and cost control initiatives within the supply chain function Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) 8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations leadership Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and global sourcing practices Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools Proven track record in cost reduction, process optimization, and operational improvement Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or high-growth environments Familiarity with supply chain analytics, forecasting models, and KPI dashboards Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification What We Offer Fully remote work environment within the United States Opportunity to shape and scale a critical global function Collaborative and performance-driven culture Competitive compensation and benefits package Career growth in a rapidly evolving organization
