Product Manager At Billee , we’re building the next generation of utility billing. We’re looking for a Product Manager to work directly with the Head of Product to define, own, and scale core parts of the platform and client portal. This role is part of the Product team, reporting to the Head of Product. You’ll work closely with Engineering on a daily basis and act as a central partner across design, operations, and customer-facing teams. Owning and driving product initiatives across the Billee platform and client portal Breaking down complex billing and operational workflows into clear, shippable increments Working with design to create intuitive experiences for data-heavy and workflow-driven products Collaborating with internal teams (billing ops, accounting, implementations) to deeply understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement Engaging with customers to validate problems, test solutions, and refine product direction Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile, iterative environment ~ Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or utility billing platforms Experience building or working on products involving billing, payments, invoicing, or financial workflows Familiarity with property management or utility billing systems Exposure to data-heavy products, reporting, or business intelligence features Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback into product direction Experience conducting user testing or customer discovery interviews You bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution Deep experience building products that sit at the intersection of data, workflows, and financial systems Close partnership with product leadership on strategy, roadmap, and scaling the product organization Health, dental, and vision insurance ~Paid time off and flexible work arrangements ~ Professional development opportunities ~ Opportunity for earned equity
