What You Will Do Lead technical implementations for strategic accounts by building custom retrieval systems and generative AI workflows to solve manual bottlenecks. Mentor future engineering hires and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical culture and deployment standards as the company scales. The ideal candidate 2-8 years of software engineering experience at high-growth startups with a track record of owning end-to-end product outcomes.
