Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer, based in Ashburn, VA, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, building intuitive front-end interfaces, designing full-stack solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing code, integrating APIs, and contributing to technical discussions and design decisions. Qualifications • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including working with server-side languages and frameworks • Strong capabilities in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS • Experience in Full-Stack Development and integrating front-end and back-end technologies • Advanced knowledge of Software Development principles, design patterns, and best practices • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining both on-site collaboration and remote productivity • Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic team setting • Familiarity with database management and version control systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
